Polish entrepreneurs are not good speakers

Details of the research (conducted on the sample of 150 Polish entrepreneurs) have been presented in the article "Poles cannot speak" in Puls Biznesu magazine. For one-third of them, public speaking means anxiety and high levels of stress, so it’s an experience they try to avoid. Despite the fact that the vast majority believes that the ability to speak is essential for their work, few people develop this skills - only 29% participate in training courses or conferences. Meanwhile, it is a skill that is acquired only through practical exercises under the guidance of experts, often in front of the camera, so that you can afterwards look at yourself with the eye of the observer. It is a painful method for many, but undoubtedly that the most effective.
